Marketing Assistant – Prudential Advisors

Our Firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to a team of financial advisors. This full‑time role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a professional office environment.

We will get you certified as a notary and we will have you get fixed licenses once you are on boarded.

This is an onsite role in our Troy location, 8:30 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.

Base pay range: $42,000.00 / yr – $60,000.00 / yr

What You’ll Do:

• Support advisors with scheduling, client follow‑ups, and document preparation
• Maintain client files and update internal systems
• Assist with office operations such as scanning, filing, and correspondence
• Help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations for the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A team‑oriented, professional attitude
