Legal Department OverviewThis role supports the Internal Legal Department. You will assist the team in managing daily operations and projects, monitor automated and manual processes, participate in projects/analysis as needed, and communicate performance, initiative, and process results. The position requires adherence to complex process requirements and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Read, assess, and validate legal documents, taking requisite action and resolving data or content discrepancies using internal and external resources in a timely manner.
- Retrieve, print, and attach appropriate documents.
- Maintain attention to detail and multitask effectively.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Sort and alphabetize documents.
- Effectively communicate status of projects and workload.

- Required:
1–2 years of customer service or clerical experience, proficiency with MS Office, strong communication skills, and data entry. - Preferred: 2+ years in a financial services related field, system‑querying skills, and advanced proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel).
