• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the National AMS team
• Support the configuration of the agency management system (AMS) and document all processes and procedures
• Create reporting outputs and client deliverables, and lead training efforts for team members
• Define requirements and redesign business processes, workflows, and data standards for efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain business process artifacts for training and reference purposes

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Strong understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process improvement and workflow efficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
• Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
