Over the course of the program, participants will complete a series of planned rotational assignments across key business functions and manufacturing operations, gaining broad exposure to how our business operates while building the skills necessary for future leadership opportunities.
Participants will:- Work on business-critical projects with measurable impact
- Gain exposure to multiple functions, facilities, and leadership teams
- Develop technical, operational, and business acumen
- Receive mentorship from experienced leaders
- Participate in leadership development and professional training
- Build a network across our North American organization
- Present accomplishments and project results to senior leadership

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations Management, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, student organizations, military service, athletics, or work experience
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments (locations in North America)
- Manufacturing or automotive industry internship/co-op experience
- Experience leading projects or teams
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
