Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Troy, MI. The Customer Service/Inside Sales role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and account management. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and effectively driving inside sales activities.

• Experience in the warehouse supply industry is a plus
