- Support of Business Development Center to Aide in Maintaining a Full Appointment Schedule
- Write Repair Order after verifying customer s complaint
- Effectively and accurately communicate customer complaint on repair order
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Punctual and dependable team player
- Take ownership of the customer s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
- Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
- Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Organized and friendly personality

- Prior Volkswagen experience a plus
