St. Julian Winery, Michigan's oldest and most awarded winery, is looking for a dependable and outgoing Tasting Room Key Holder to join our Troy team!

You do not need to be a wine expert to apply. We can teach you the wine — we are looking for someone with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the confidence to help lead a team and keep things running smoothly.

Part-Time | Up to 29 Hours Per Week

Hourly Pay + Tips | Typically $14–$25/Hour in Total Earnings

Weekend & Holiday Availability Required

What You Will Do

Lead fun and approachable wine tastings for our guests

Help guests find wines they love and complete purchases

Open and close the tasting room when scheduled

Assist with cash handling, closing procedures, and deposits

Help guide and support Wine Consultants during the shift

Assist with events, promotions, and busy tasting room weekends

Restock wine and merchandise and maintain attractive displays

✨ Help keep the tasting room organized, welcoming, and ready for guests

✔ Have retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience

✔ Have previous Key Holder, shift lead, supervisor, or similar experience

✔ Enjoy working with people and creating a great customer experience

✔ Are dependable, organized, and comfortable taking the lead when needed

✔ Can multitask and stay calm in a busy environment

✔ Are comfortable talking with individuals and groups

✔ Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
