• Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the regular classroom teacher
• Provide instruction and support to students in various subjects, including math, literacy education, and special education
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage student behavior and enforce school policies
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of instruction

• Previous experience working with children, such as tutoring or childhood development
• Knowledge of different teaching strategies and techniques
• Familiarity with autism and other special needs is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
