Job Summary
The Lecturer/Assistant/Associate Professor position in the Department of Management, HRM, and Law for the Sorrell College of Business is a full-time, tenure‑track faculty position with a ten‑month appointment to begin January 1, 2026 or August 1, 2026 depending on candidate availability and/or department need. The position is responsible for teaching human resource management and/or management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level;
providing instruction in face‑to‑face, hybrid, and/or online formats; conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations; advising students; and providing service to the Department, College, University, and community.
Title/rank will be determined by qualifications and experience.
Minimum QualificationsDoctoral degree in human resource management, management, or a related field from an AACSB accredited university (ABDs within one year of completion will be considered).
Preferred QualificationsHaving all or a combination of relevant professional experience with a preference for Human Resource Management experience, peer‑reviewed research, and effective teaching to complement academic credentials.
