Training Facilitator

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Delivers clear, engaging training presentations to groups of varying sizes.
• Facilitates classroom learning through presentations, discussions, and hands‑on activities that keep the room engaged.
• Assesses training and development needs in partnership with Leadership and Human Resources.
• Develops training programs to support specific needs of the business, aimed at helping Team Members improve their skills and ability to perform their job functions.
• Creates and updates training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Facilitates training and development programs in a variety of formats including classroom setting, group discussions, role playing, etc.
• Organizes and schedules training sessions throughout the organization.
• Evaluates training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Training and Development, or a related field required.
• At least two years of training experience preferred.
