As a Digital Engineering Lead practitioner on our team, you’ll have the chance to lead the development and upgrades of ground systems by leading digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You will help lead a diverse team of technically competent engineers, each rising in their careers.

On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like model-based design, model-based systems engineering, digital engineering, and technical analyses. Grow your skills by merging technical engineering expertise and model-based engineering to create digital engineering solutions that drive client missions.

• 8+ years of experience with systems engineering activities
• 2+ years of experience with the use or application of MBSE tools, or with a project that does use these products
• Experience leading engineering teams
• Knowledge of core systems and digital engineering concepts regarding the use of engineering models across the lifecycle, authoritative lifecycle data, tool chains, digital threads, and digital twins
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

• Experience supporting engineering tools such as Dassault 3DS, SBE Vision, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, Model Center, Team Center, MATLAB, STK, and CAD tools like CATIA and Solid Works
• Experience in a Department of Defense program acquisition office
• Experience in military problem conceptualization, systems modeling, and detailed design development
• Experience in model-based testing and linking analytical tools in a digital thread
• Excellent communication skills
• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional, INCOSE CSEP or ASEP)
