As a MBSE developer engineer on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues to build the most innovative solutions to empower your clients to develop and deploy the next generation of space systems from Space Force clients.

• 3+ years of experience with systems engineering and integration on ground platforms
• 2+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for ground systems
• 2+ years of experience with practical MBSE for the development of technical specifications, ICDs, and system architecture for ground systems or weapon systems
• Experience with digital engineering tools, including Cameo or Magic Draw, Sparx, DOORS, or IBM rhapsody
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

• Experience with MATLAB, STK, Model Center, or Team Center
• Experience programming or automating with MBSE toolsets, and utilizing their APIs to build additional capabilities not built into the tool
• Experience building digital twins
• Knowledge of Systems Machine Learning (SysML) and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
• Knowledge of the use cases of AI and how they could be applicable to digital engineering challenges
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions
• Master's degree in Engineering
• OMG Certified Systems Model Professional (OCSMP) or INCOSE SE Certification
