Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Your impactWe are looking for Entry‑Level Engineers to join our teams across North America to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients’ challenges locally and worldwide.
Responsibilities- Support multidisciplinary project coordination, engineering design utilizing specialty specific software, and data collection/analysis.
- Prepare construction cost estimates, conduct code compliance reviews, perform field investigations.
- Draft technical reports and memorandums, review equipment submittals and shop drawings, respond to contractor RFIs.
- Take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned to you, progressing from basic design work assignments to more complicated projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Geological, Architectural Engineering or Construction Management or another closely related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Master’s degree in structural, transportation, water, fire protection or another specialized field is ideal.
- Previous relevant engineering internship is ideal.
- Results‑driven, client‑focused, excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset, strong work ethic.
