YourKey Responsibilities
- Oversee humanoid robotics projects by managing scope, schedule, and resources to guarantee successful delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and scope, while working with robotics experts to develop solution concepts based on detailed requirements.
- Partner with technical teams to design and implement humanoid robotic solutions that align with client specifications and industry standards.
- Manage all key project phases—including milestones, gateways, and resources—throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Provide functional leadership to the project team, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Direct functional team members and coordinate efforts with external service providers and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and communication among all parties.
- Lead the lessons learned process by documenting insights and conducting regular project reviews to improve future outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards relevant to humanoid robotics projects.
- Maintain transparency by defining KPIs and delivering regular status updates to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Manage one or more projects involving both internal teams and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience managing complex projects, ideally within the robotics sector, with in-depth knowledge of humanoid robotic technologies.
- Expertise in humanoid robotics systems, components, and current industry trends.
- Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams, promoting collaboration, and achieving project goals.
- Strong client engagement skills, adept at understanding client needs and converting them into clear, actionable plans.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving abilities, capable of anticipating challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to connect with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Well‑versed in relevant industry standards and regulations, ensuring full compliance throughout projects.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for visa support.
