As a mechanical engineer, you’ll join project teams working with top architects, contractors, and facility owners across diverse markets—including education, healthcare, research, institutional, multi‑family, and mixed‑use. You’ll apply creative solutions to complex challenges and contribute to projects from concept through construction.

• Collaborate across disciplines to drive project success
• Develop practical solutions using strong problem‑solving skills
• Use BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit) to ensure quality and efficiency
• Manage multiple projects, milestones, and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients

• 7–25 years of experience in HVAC system design
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or proven equivalent experience)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self‑driven, adaptable, and team‑oriented
