Overview
Peter Basso Associates, Inc., a leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering consulting firm, is seeking Mechanical Engineering Co-Ops to join our team in Troy, MI. The Co-Op program provides hands-on learning with an accurate view into engineering design.
Responsibilities- Provide engineers and designers with assistance on design projects.
- Work with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software on building design and/or renovation projects.
- Prepare calculations for a variety of building systems.
- Assist in field surveys and dimensioning of existing systems with engineers and designers.
- Working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Interest in Architectural Engineering/Engineering Design.
- 2.7 GPA or higher.
- AutoCAD or Revit experience is a plus.
- Students should be enrolled in an accredited four-year college pursuing an undergraduate degree in the mechanical or electrical engineering field, and able to demonstrate a basic understanding of engineering fundamentals.
