- Proficiency in BIM tools (AutoCAD and Revit) with a track record of delivering quality, efficient designs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical, creative solutions to complex challenges
- Success in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
- Active participation in business development and client engagement
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering team growth
- Strategic thinking with attention to technical details
- Excellent communication skills with internal teams, clients, architects, and contractors
- Ability to work effectively across disciplines to drive project success
- Self-driven and adaptable with a commitment to continuous learning
- Team-oriented mindset that thrives in a collaborative, employee-owned environment
- PE desired not required
Healthcare (Opening

- Mechanical engineer specializing in MEP systems for healthcare facilities
- Extensive background in the design of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems for hospitals, outpatient clinics, laboratories, and other medical environments.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare-specific codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, FGI Guidelines)
- Proven ability to design systems for critical healthcare spaces such as operating rooms, isolation rooms, compounding pharmacies, and intensive care units
- Experienced in new construction and complex renovations within active healthcare facilities

- Experience designing MEP systems for academic buildings, research labs, student housing, and campus facilities
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for educational environments
- Skilled in both new construction and renovation projects in active campus settings
3)
- Experience designing MEP systems for corporate offices, government buildings, and other commercial facilities
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for commercial/government environments
- Proven experience managing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders
- Strong client communication and project management skills
