Independence Tooling is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our engineering team in Michigan. You will plan machining operations, interpret 3D CAD models, and develop CAM programs for milling and turning to meet tight tolerances and high-quality outputs.
You will optimize tool paths, select tooling and fixtures, calculate speeds and feeds, and test programs to improve cycle times. Experience with WorkNC/Mastercam/Power Mill/NX CAM and multiple controllers is preferred.
