Provides mechanical and technical direction for manufacturing equipment and technology. Monitors and resolves mechanical and equipment problems on the production line. Provides technical direction for new equipment installation. Performs maintenance and parts replacement. Coordinates with purchasing and vendors on acquisition and disposal of equipment. Logs and documents production problems. Identifies and reports potential problem areas. Proposes solutions.

Oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of facilities  ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all employees and production activities. This role involves supervising a team, coordinating maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of facilities technicians, maintenance staff, and contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs for all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and facility-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential problems or hazards.
• Manage and monitor facility budgets, including procurement of supplies, equipment, and services.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance, repairs, and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and expenditures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of facility improvement projects and initiatives.
• Provide emergency response support for facility-related incidents.

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
