Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer Assistant role located in Troy, MI. The Loan Officer Assistant will support Loan Officers by managing administrative tasks, assisting with loan applications, and gathering required documentation. Key responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, streamlining processes for loan execution, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless loan process.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Loan Officer tasks and familiarity with the mortgage industry processes
• Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and guide them through the loan process
• Knowledge of Underwriting practices and procedures
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the mortgage industry preferred
• Proficiency with loan management software and basic computer skills
