This position involves day‑to‑day card service operational tasks such as monitoring, analyzing, reporting and making recommendations on all card portfolios and inventories, working with members and team members to resolve card‑related issues, and supporting other CCF payment service platforms including Bill Pay, Zelle, Remote Deposit Capture, and loan payment platforms.
Pay RangeBase pay: $20.00/hr – $24.00/hr actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
What You'll Do in This Role- Research member situations and issues relating to cards and/or payment services, collaborating with internal departments as necessary, to resolve concerns and uncover root causes.
- Perform operational activities for the VISA credit and debit card programs, reviewing and reporting card inventory, production reports, and services hosted by the card processor, and providing regular status updates for projects and tasks.
- Investigate, research, and process debit/ATM disputes meeting required time frames.
- Partner with the Risk Management team to process cases related to card services, including CAMS alerts, cardholder disputes, chargebacks, and arbitration processes, and recommend and coordinate fraud and card service training.
- Process daily payment services, including Zelle, RDC, Bill Pay, and wallet tokenization.
- Provide outstanding service to all members online and offline, aligning with CCF’s vision, mission, and service promises.
- Comply with company policies, applicable laws and regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and OFAC.
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
- High school degree or GED.
- High level of trust, credibility and diplomacy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential dialogues with members, team members and vendors.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Working knowledge of credit policies.
- Basic mathematical skills and calculator proficiency.
- Multitasking between multiple systems to assist members.
- Strong customer service skills, able to handle difficult interactions.

This position can be based in Troy, Michigan or Toledo, Ohio, with hybrid arrangements available after 4–6 months of successful employment.
