PositionSummary
This is a full‑time, on‑site Loan Officer / Loan Assistant located in Troy, MI. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing loan applications, assessing clients’ financial information, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, communicating with clients to guide them through the loan process, working collaboratively with underwriters, handling loan origination tasks, and addressing any concerns or inquiries. The role requires strong customer service and attention to detail to ensure a seamless and efficient loan experience for clients.
Qualifications- Experience in loan origination and working as a loan officer
- Knowledge of finance and underwriting practices
- Strong background in providing exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage loan applications effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client inquiries
- Proficiency in financial software and tools commonly used in loan processing
- Experience working in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
