Loan Officer Trainee Program

mortgage pros is seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as loan officer trainees
. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the mortgage industry while building a long-term career in home lending. As a trainee, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to prepare you for success as a licensed loan officer.

$85,000.00/yr - $/yr

• participate in mortgage pros’ training program, including product knowledge, systems, compliance, and client communication
• assist licensed loan officers with loan applications, documentation collection, and file preparation
• learn to consult with clients by observing and supporting the loan process from application through closing
• communicate professionally with clients, referral partners, and internal teams under supervision
• maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets company and regulatory standards
• work toward obtaining and maintaining nmls licensure, as required

• high school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• sales, customer service, or financial services experience a plus, but not required
