We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in an on‑site, full‑time capacity at our office in Troy, MI. Responsibilities include assisting customers in navigating the mortgage loan process, evaluating and analyzing financial information, recommending suitable mortgage products, and facilitating loan approvals. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met while maintaining exceptional customer service and adhering to regulatory and company policies.

• Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of Mortgage Lending and the Mortgage Industry
• Familiarity with Underwriting processes and policies
• Strong Customer Service skills and a client‑focused approach
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial analysis and mortgage industry software
• Relevant licenses and certifications are preferred
• Highly motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
