Loan Officer Assistant

You don’t need mortgage experience to start building a career in the industry. Ease Mortgage is looking for motivated, driven individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and build a career in mortgage lending.

We’ll help you get started by supporting you through the licensing process and providing the training and resources you need to become a successful Mortgage Loan Officer. Once licensed, you’ll have access to provided leads, hands on training, and a supportive team in our Troy, Michigan office. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Get involved from day one by supporting Loan Officers throughout the mortgage process.
• Keep everything organized by collecting and managing borrower documentation.
• Build relationships with clients by communicating paperwork needs and providing loan updates.
• Work alongside the team to help keep loans moving toward a smooth, timely closing.
• Learn the mortgage business from the ground up while receiving company support to prepare for and obtain your NMLS license.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to take initiative
• Coachable and eager to learn the mortgage industry
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, real estate, or mortgage is a plus, but not required
• Able to work in-office in Troy, MI
