• Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the financing process
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective and active clients
• Follow up promptly on company-provided leads and warm transfers
• Structure loan options and communicate clearly with borrowers
• Work closely with processing and support teams to move files efficiently
• Maintain compliance with NMLS and company requirements

• Minimum 6 months of mortgage experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
• Must pass a background check
• Must be eligible for licensure through the company
