Total Education Solutions is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide after-hours support (4–7 PM) in a hybrid role. Enjoy the perfect balance of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility while helping children reach their full potential in a supportive, team-centered environment.

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $44.18/hr

• Provide one-to-one support to clients, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting.
• Be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating behavior plans tailored to each client.
• Train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modifications to behavior plans.

• Master's degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• A valid BCBA certificate.
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite).
• Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50K liability coverage).
• Clear Background Check.

• Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes.
• Moderate to loud noise levels; physical demands may vary.
• Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs.
