ABA Tech - Applied Behavior Analyst Tech - Troy

Overview

The Applied Behavior Analyst Tech (ABA) therapist will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement 1:1 or group interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques for children with autism and related disorders. This role involves implementing behavioral treatment plans in a clinic‑based program, collecting data on patient progress, providing regular progress reports, and meeting with the BCBA and patient families.

The therapist may also assist in parent training and development of program and teaching materials.

• Execute behavioral treatment plans within a clinic‑based program.
• Collect data on patient progress, provide regular progress reports.
• Meet with the BCBA, patient families, and other clinical staff.
• Assist in parent training and develop program and teaching materials.

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred degree in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences, human development or related fields.
• At least 6 months experience working directly with children.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized individual capable of working independently and within a team.
• Willingness to work non‑traditional hours and be available by phone/email as needed by BCBA, other clinical staff, and CADD Medical Director.

7:30 am – 4:00 pm; no weekends.
