ABA Tech - Applied Behavior Analyst Tech - Troy

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement 1:1 or group interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques with children with autism and related disorders.
• Implement behavioral treatment plans in a clinic-based program.
• Collect data on patient progress, provide regular progress reports, and meet with the BCBA and patient families.
• Assist in parent training and in the development of program and teaching materials.

• Bachelor’s degree required in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences, human development, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 6 months of experience working directly with children.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness to work non‑traditional hours and be available by phone/email as needed by the BCBA, other clinical staff, and CADD Medical Director.
