We are currently hiring an experienced and reliable caregiver to support a 23-year-old male with autism in Troy. This role focuses on building daily living skills, promoting safety, and encouraging communication growth. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and comfortable supporting an individual with an elopement risk. By joining this case, you’ll play an important role in enhancing his routine, confidence, and quality of life.

• Household chores
• Safety skills at home & in the community
• Going on walks
• Encouraging communication (sentence-level speech)
• Shopping & identifying items on store shelves

• Non-verbal
• No pets
• Non-smoking home
• No siblings
• Experienced caregiver strongly preferred

• Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM–7:00 PM

• Weekends: open for 5-hour shifts

• Family requesting 12.5–17.5 CLS hours per week
