💰 $19 to $27.99/hr*

* Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Not registered as a Behavior Tech? Don’t worry, we provide supervision for those working towards their BCBA certification. Newly hired Behavior Techs will receive a pay increase upon the successful completion of the required Behavior Technician coursework and exam (usually within the first 90 days of employment).

• Turn goals into games and skills into superpowers – Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children thrive
• Cheer on progress, comfort through challenges, and high‑five every win
• Learn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of a Case Supervisor
• Help improve students’ communication skills, social skills, play skills, motor skills, self‑help skills, school readiness skills, and self‑management skills
• Maintain accurate records through daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plan
• Work collaboratively with the client’s parent, teacher, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to take the RBT course and exam
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage) and ability to travel to multiple locations
• Must clear IChat

• Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
• Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
• Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs
