We are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for our  Data Entry department !

** This is a  hybrid  role working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Data Entry Pharmacy Technicians will promptly and accurately enter prescriptions into our pharmacy system, as well as communicate with patients and medical professionals over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.
Answer phone calls and resolve all customer requests and needs
Communicate daily with billing specialists for any overrides and prior authorizations
Communicate with the nursing facilities and doctor’s offices when needed
At least 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred)
Pharmacy Technician License (Preferred)
Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Strong math and analytical skills
Shift availability:  Must be available for a combination of morning (8:00am–4:30pm) and evening (2:00pm–10:30pm) shifts with rotating weekends required.

* When working your weekend rotation, you must be working onsite
