• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests and providing warm, professional service throughout their stay.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions, driving the shuttle as needed.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Support future career growth within hospitality, such as front office supervisor or manager positions.

• Hotel experience is a plus; applicants should have a combination of education and experience.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Chauffeur’s License or ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physical stamina – sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without accommodation.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
