We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support both day‑to‑day HR operations and recruiting efforts across the organization. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and supporting the full employee lifecycle from hiring through development.

Job Overview

In this role, you will support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations across Direct Rx. You will work closely with leadership and team members to help ensure HR processes run smoothly and support the needs of the business.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support full cycle recruiting including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions
  • Support onboarding for new hires and contribute to ongoing employee development initiatives
  • Assist with performance management, employee relations, and retention efforts
  • Support compensation and benefits administration
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Support initiatives that reinforce Direct Rx’s culture and values

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Practical, solutions focused approach to work
  • Comfort working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field required
  • One to three years of HR and/or recruiting experience preferred
