- Coordinate and execute network deployment projects, including new installations, upgrades, and configurations
- Work directly with customers to understand deployment requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance using Whats Up Gold
- Configure and maintain Aruba networking hardware, including wireless and licensing needs
- Provide Tier 2/3 support during and after deployments, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt issue resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in network deployment or network engineering roles
- Proficient in using Whats Up Gold, Infoblox, and Cisco ISE
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service orientation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in enterprise IT environments
- Familiarity with modern network security practices and compliance requirements
