Salesforce Business Analyst

Location:

Atlanta, GA.

• 7+ years of relevant technical and business work experience
• Experience in Financial Service Domain; FSC certification is good to have.
• nCino product configuration experience; 30–40% functional experience required.
• Business Analyst experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies; admin certification is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools or other data analysis software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse senior team members.
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Optional: CRM system certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.
• Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology.
• Experience defining and implementing technology solutions for a major international institution.
• Extensive experience with implementing similar systems.
• Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions.
• Knowledge of business analysis standard methodologies (e.g., BABOK) and ability to apply them optimally.
• Advanced knowledge of specific business areas, processes, workflows, and industry standard practices.
• Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels, technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $130,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
