Project Administrator – Detroit Defense
Detroit Defense is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Director of Program Management in our Troy, MI office. This position will provide services related to managing, monitoring, and coordinating day‑to‑day operations for our expanding software and engineering services to the DoD.

Key Responsibilities- Administer contractually mandated training requirements, track completion metrics, and compile compliance artifacts for client delivery.
- Maintain strict control over the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) inventory system, update the master log, and conduct quarterly reconciliation audits with program teams.
- Develop and manage the program master schedule (PoP Chart), detailing all periods of performance (start/end dates) and critical project milestones.
- Provide end‑to‑end meeting support: scheduling, facilitating notes and minutes, drafting formal after‑action reports.
- Attend weekly Product & Management meetings to record key decisions and action items, ensuring timely distribution of notes.
- Drive meeting efficiency by managing presentation materials, tracking outstanding action items, and disseminating post‑meeting status updates.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance and Common Access Card (CAC).
- Minimum of one (4) year of applicable professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, for data organization and analysis.
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management software (, Smart Sheets, etc.) and accounting software (Costpoint, Unanet, etc.).

Salary: $79,000 to $84,500 per year with benefits.
