Technical Support, Data Analyst
- Participate in project and stakeholder alignment meetings
- Attend governance and status meetings
- Provide updates and escalate issues
- Review configuration that has been done so far and agreed upon - get familiar with the configuration
- Support E2E tenant setup
- Document business processes and requirements and configuration (what has been changed for End client, what has not been changed for End client)
- Provide information to Vendor for the creation of Low Level Design Documentation
- Help configure Workday modules - to ensure current End client business processes are not impacted or changed without HRIS review
- Prepare test scenarios and scripts
- Prepare test data for E2E - fake organizations, fake job requisitions, fake employess and more
- Support E2E and UAT
- Help troubleshoot issues and log defects
- Help validate data conversion and integrations
- Support E2E and UAT and obtain sign-off
- Any other tasks required, as directed by the Senior Analyst, to ensure the timely delivery of the project
- Workday HCM Core Functional consultant for the EDS business supported applications
