Solution Architect - Networking/Security/Wireless

Logicalis is seeking a Solution Architect to provide pre‑sales technical engineering support to Account Executives and clients. The role focuses on technical solutions for mid‑size and enterprise accounts, working closely with clients to determine how Logicalis solutions can best serve their needs.

• Produces accurate designs and proposals for clients using Logicalis technologies, services, and methodologies.
• Conducts assessments, studies, and surveys to obtain data; analyzes data to advise and recommend solutions.
• Qualifies new business opportunities or requirements from a technical perspective for existing and prospective clients.
• Writes Statements of Work (SOWs) for Logicalis Professional Services.
• Designs and configures complex solution components and proposes implementation details.
• Prepares and conducts client proof of concepts and product demonstrations.
• Broadens engagements with clients by promoting and positioning Logicalis services from the entire portfolio.
• Advises service delivery team to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Provides product and solution training for Logicalis Sales teams and clients.
• Mentors Logicalis team members and participates in increasingly complex client projects.
• Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established time frames.
• Participates in regional and national events and regional team meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, management disciplines, or related field.
• 4 years in technical pre‑sales role with experience designing and planning data center switching, routing and campus wireless solutions.
• Subject matter expertise in designing and planning data center switching, routing and campus wireless solutions.
• Experience with Juniper’s security suite (SRX Firewalls, SSE, Assurance and Threat Protection).
• Proficient knowledge of industry standard network and security technologies.
• 7 years of proven technical experience designing, implementing, and supporting network and security solutions.
• Primary expertise:
  Juniper (EX, SRX, MX, Mist AI, Junos OS);
  Aruba (Clear Pass, Air Wave, Central, Mobility Controllers).
• Secondary experience (preferred):
  Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet.
• Additional skills: wireless controllers and access points, security policy management, MFA integration, cloud networking, protocols, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Office.
• Consulting background focused on large multi‑vendor networking and security solutions.

• Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) – Required
• Aruba Certified Clear Pass Expert (ACCX) – Preferred
• Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA‑Junos) – Required
• Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS‑ENT or JNCIS‑SEC) – Preferred
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – Preferred
• Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) – Desired

$110,000–$150,000 plus commission.
