• Working with colleagues and vendors to ensure ongoing stability of the global infrastructure both across on-prem and cloud hosted environments.

• Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in cloud performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring.

• Support the Infrastructure team in execution of daily operations including service delivery reviews, service monitoring, ticket management, Service Now updates and management.

• Work with colleagues and partners in execution of Global Infrastructure projects.

• Support standardization of Global Infrastructure environment.

• Improve and optimize deployed applications together with Business Process Owner

• Identify emerging technologies and channel related information into our organization

• Execute technology successfully by minimal downtime as well as disruption.

• Develop solution roadmaps, for innovation developed solutions, based on customer requirements.

• Help to protect the enterprise by ensuring the IT solutions conform to all legal, governance and security requirements.

· Experience of managing Azure based infrastructure including automation of deployment, upgrades/patching, sizing and Paas

· At least 2 years working experience in the IT infrastructure area, server supporting or cloud supporting.

· Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server lifecycle management

· Strong knowledge of container hosting solutions including Kubernetes/AKS/ACS

· Good knowledge of automation tools, scripting languages and configuration management tools.

· Good knowledge of hypervisor solutions

· Ability to incorporate new technology into current and future business applications

· Good communication, customer oriented, good team player.

· Desirable:
Experience of Dev Ops automation tools;
Ansible, Terraform and Azure Dev Ops.
