Project Manager - Hybrid

TEKsystems has a client that is seeking multiple Project Managers on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. It is highly preferred to have Office 365 project management related experience.

• Oversees one or more projects.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project.
• Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products;
  Write contract Scope of Deliverables;
  Follows process and standards update and creation.
• Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management;
  Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes;
  Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications);
  Monitor and report on project KPIs
• Mandatory Skills & Experience
• 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role managing IT Projects.
• Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
• Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills including : identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects
• Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, One Note, PowerPoint, Visio, One Drive for Business, SharePoint Online, etc.)
