IT Specialist II

The IT Specialist II position in Information Technology is responsible for providing system and technical support to users; assisting users to maximize technology benefits; recommending and implementing system and technology solutions and improvements; troubleshooting systems and technology; and automating organizational tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Math
• Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training (OR equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Demonstrated ability to inventory, support and implement diverse solutions
• Experience in review of IT efforts for effectiveness
• Ability to review system specifications for business requirements and identified end-user objectives
• Experience in all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
• Ability to identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
• Experience with configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
• Ability to monitor user adoption
• Experience with user training and creating training materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational ability

Standard office hours, with some evening and weekend work required as needed.
