ABOUTTHE ROLE
We’re looking for a Digital Asset Management Specialist to own and evolve our brand’s asset ecosystem spanning photography, video, motion graphics, documents and print/digital design files. You’ll be the steward of our DAM platform, ensuring every asset is organized, tagged, discoverable, and distributed correctly across internal teams, agencies, and external partners, while driving the system’s evolution through PIM integration, AI-powered tagging, and automated workflows.

- Own asset ingestion workflows for photo, video, motion, documents, print collateral, and digital design files from in-house shoots, hired shooters, and design teams, and other company stakeholders
- Maintain version history and check-in/check-out discipline so in-progress assets stay traceable and current assets stay authoritative
- Audit the library regularly using built-in duplicate detection, flagging and resolving redundant uploads
- Manage asset licensing, usage rights, model/talent releases, and expiration dates, flagging renewals or takedowns as needed
- Develop and enforce naming conventions, tagging standards, and custom-field taxonomy that scale across departments (marketing, commercial, PR, experiential, accessories, digital and more)

- Manage print and digital templating through the DAMs template Editor, PrintUI, and InDesign ingest, enabling non-designers to self-generate on-brand materials from locked templates
- Maintain the CI Hub integration with Adobe Creative Cloud, enabling bi-directional asset sync for designers working directly in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Support print production files (print-ready PDFs, die lines, CMYK profiles) alongside standard photo/video formats
