The Project Delivery Analyst supports client engagement through the execution and analysis of assigned tasks. This role will utilize their technical experience in system issue resolution, program documentation, and reporting skills to complete all duties. A pivotal part of this role will be operating with efficiency and accuracy to meet project deadlines.

• Data Collection - Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to gather data and metrics related to program performance. Create documentation and business-facing artifacts to support findings.
• Issue Documentation - Record and track project issues, challenges, or discrepancies. Documentation of issues within assigned ticketing systems for effective problem resolution or escalation to project delivery team members.
• Program Reporting - Maintain client-facing reporting that drives informed business decisions. Work alongside project delivery team members to distribute internal and external-facing reports as required by client teams.
• Project Execution - Participate in executing and completing project deliverables to ensure value and quality for clients. Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to understand the process for executing deliverables to ensure client expectations are met leading up to project completion.
• Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
