Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for litigation associates in our Troy, Michigan office. Candidates must have 2‑5 years of litigation experience. Applicants are sought who have understanding and experience in all aspects of litigation, which must include understanding of procedural rules, courtroom rules and evidentiary importance of constructing and drafting persuasive legal briefs and must include exceptional research and writing skills;

candidate may also have experience with routine court appearances, experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling routine and/or complex discovery and ESI, preparing cases for mediation and/or trial, evidentiary hearing and/or trial experience.

All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. A license to practice in Michigan and familiarity with the Michigan court system is required.
