Delivery Driver / Customer Service Technician

Ameri Care Medical provides integrated health service to hospitals, insurance companies, assisted care facilities and private homes throughout Michigan. We are the parent company of Ameri Staff Nursing Services, Sun Medical Equipment and Supplies, QCN, Oakmed, and RxIV Pharmacy, delivering a complete and unprecedented health service solution.

Ameri Care Medical is looking to add a part-time Customer Service Technician / Delivery Driver to our corporate team in Troy, MI. This person will be the ‘face of the company’ with our clients and should possess an upbeat, friendly personality and love working with people. Responsibilities include delivering and setting up medical equipment at patient homes, building maintenance, and assisting with warehouse activities.

We provide company-owned van for deliveries.

• Deliver Medical Equipment and Supplies to customer homes
• Perform in-home setup of equipment
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area in the warehouse
• Perform custodian duties in the office as needed
• Safely drive and operate company vehicle
• Dress in appropriate company provided attire including steel toe footwear
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. independently
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Pass a criminal background check

• Prior experience in the medical equipment industry
• Prior delivery experience
• Customer service / sales experience
