• Lead customer projects from RFQ (Gate 10) to end of production (Gate 70), ensuring adherence to LEONI project management processes and standards.
• Define profitability targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective measures for deviations in schedule, budget, and quality.
• Prepare and present project status reports at the account level, facilitate gate review meetings, and elevate decisions to the Project Steering Committee.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work packages, conduct stakeholder analyses, and manage customer escalations through the defined escalation path.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, KPIs, and risk/opportunity portfolios, ensuring timely follow‑up on action plans.
• Establish and manage internal and external communication structures, including kick‑off meetings, status updates, and documentation.
• Apply risk management guidelines to identify, track, and mitigate project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
• Experience:
  
  3‑5 years in automotive project/wiring industry with at least 2 years of leadership in cross‑functional organization.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (MS Project or similar)
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Good teamwork, interpersonal skills, and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel
