Join Alvarez & Marsal as a Manager in the Operations Group—Aerospace, Defense, Aviation & Space with an Aviation Focus. This role is open to candidates across all U.S. locations.

The Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice focuses on serving private equity clients, improving operational results at portfolio companies, especially within Aerospace, Defense, Aviation & Space sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large, complex client engagements, managing teams and projects to deliver performance improvements.
- Synthesize data and insights to develop strategic recommendations.
- Work directly with clients to implement operational strategies.
- Leverage relevant industry experience in areas such as flight operations, maintenance, procurement, resource planning, revenue management, and digital transformation.
Professional Skills Required:
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools.
- Excellent project management and team leadership capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and ability to deliver results under pressure.
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience, including consulting or industry roles.
- Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or aviation sectors preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
