**** POSITION OVERVIEW
** Magna is seeking an experienced and results-driven
** Deployment Engineering Manager
** to lead the deployment of its autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) solution within the New Mobility group. This individual will be responsible for managing the execution of site deployments, leading a team of deployment engineers, and ensuring successful implementation and sustained performance of our AMR solutions across multiple customer sites. This leadership role will focus on planning, coordinating, and overseeing deployment activities, while maintaining alignment with internal stakeholders including Solution Engineering, Product, Operations, and Customer Support.

The manager will play a critical role in removing roadblocks, resolving technical and logistical issues, and driving accountability across projects to ensure timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and an exceptional communicator who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. They will be expected to lead by example—being hands-on when needed, while also providing strategic oversight, guidance, and mentorship to the broader deployment team.

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Lead a team of Deployment Engineers responsible for executing and supporting AMR installations across North America and potentially Europe.

* EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

** 5+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or deployment engineering roles, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or project management capacity.
** SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE /

SKILLS REQUIRED:

** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences including executive stakeholders and frontline operators. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in technical documentation, data reporting, and project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet). Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
