The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets while improving store operations. This role helps develop a professional team and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve company goals and individual objectives.
- Set weekly and monthly team objectives and collaborate with training teams.
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure employees represent the company professionally.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays in accordance with visual guidelines.
- Partner with store support departments and Human Resources on resources, policies, and team development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service.
- Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
